Stabilem's Finder Fee Schedule

Stabilem will pay a finder's fee to anyone that provides information and connections that leads to business for Stabilem. The finders fee will be paid for one year starting after the first engagement with the new client.The finder's fee schedule is below:

1% of total revenue generated in the first year, if-

• Contact information is provided that leads to business for Stabilem.

3% of total revenue generated in the first year, if-

• Contact information is provided.
• Contact is initiated via a phone call or email.
• Stabilem secures business as a result.

5% of total revenue generated in the first year, if-

• Contact information is provided.
• Contact is initiated via a phone call or email.
• Sets up and attend formal face-to-face meeting with the prospect and makes a personal introduction.
• Stabilem secures business as a result.
